ANNOUNCEMENT_4_TITLE=How to apply for a new Academic ID

<p>Starting from Monday, October 22, 2012, you can submit an online application for a new Academic Identity as enrolled students in the Postgraduate Program "MSc In Communications and Information Systems', of the Department of Communications and Informatics, TEI of Serres.</p>
<p>The procedure is as follows: 
<ol>
	<li> First check your registration number at the web-site of the MSc program<br> <a href="http://icd.teiser.gr/msc/check_regid.php "target="_blank ">icd.teiser.gr/msc/check_regid.php</a> </li> 
	<li>Then go to the appropriate page of the Ministry of Education to enroll as a graduate student. <br> <a href="https://submit-academicid.minedu.gov.gr" target="_blank">submit-academicid.minedu.gov.gr</a></li> 
	<li> From the left column (Registration) select "Graduate Student" </li>
	<li>Read the "Terms and Conditions"  till the end in order to activate the "Continue Registration" button. </li> 
	<li>Fill the form with your personal details and select faculty <br>"TEI Serres | ENGINEERING | INFORMATICS & COMMUNICATIONS". </li> 
	<li> You will need to verify your mobile phone and email. </li> 
	<li> Once you complete the registration form, a confirmation SMS will be sent to your mobile with an 8-digit code, which will complete the certification of your mobile. </li> 
	<li>At the same time, you will receive a confirmation email in order to authenticate your email address. </li> 
	<li> Once you certify your mobile and email, from the "Preparing Application" you can start the application process for issuing a new academic identity. </li> 
	<li>Fill in your personal information. As the first month of registration would put "October 2012". </Li> 
	<li> Then you have to upload one photo type ID. Learn about the specifications of the picture so you do not lose any time of cancellation of your application. </Li> 
	<li> Make sure the title of Master stated "Communication and Information Systems". </Li> 
	<li> Recheck items your application for any omissions or errors and when you're sure go to "Final Submission" </li>
